Disabled NLA (Although we can not leave this because these are domain joined machines.)ģ. To be more specific we have tried the following:Ģ. In trouble shooting I have done everything that I can think of and everything that the Googleinites have suggested. But it appears to be the only way to get it out of the "Please Wait" loop. It sometimes works after once and sometimes it takes a couple of tries. The user only has to log in to safe mode and then re-boot the machine. Several (around 5) now hang at the Please Wait screen and require a log in to safe mode. We are now recieving reports of clients hanging at the "Please Wait" screen. The machines were rolled out in March and worked great until recently. They connect remotely to a cellular wireless connection and then use a automated VPN client to connect them to our LAN. They are used for Law Enforcement applications. The laptops are Panasonic Toughbook CF31's. I am a System Administrator for approximately 250 machines that are mobile laptops.
